Cabin Leader: Hollee “Westie Willow”
Hello! I’m Hollee (or Westie Willow here at camp) and I’m so excited to be your camper’s Cabin Leader this week! I’m from Hudson, Wisconsin and I am currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Where I am pursuing a degree in accounting. In my free time, I love hiking, cheerleading, shooting, being on the lake, playing with dogs, and spending time with friends and family. This is my third year as a Cabin Leader and my ninth year total at Trout. I can’t wait to help campers grow in their faith and learn more about Jesus. Camp is my favorite place to be and my hope is that your camper will have the best week of their summer! It’s going to be an amazing week.
Cabin Leader Updates
The week is off to a great start in Bison! The girls had a blast playing on the beach obstacle course and loved racing each other across all the obstacles. During cabin clean-up yesterday, our theme was Zoo. It was awesome to see all their creative ideas and how well they worked together to create different animal exhibits using stuffed animals. They also had a lot of fun at our night game, where we got to solve clues that led us to different locations around camp to determine a final location. In chapel, we have been learning that we are all a part of God's family and he has an amazing plan for us. In our cabin discussion, all the girls enjoyed sharing the unique gifts that God has given them and the ways they can use them to glorify God. We are looking forward to banana boating, ziplining, and visiting the petting zoo later this week!
