The Point (Completed grades 4–6)
It's all about the freedom to discover new adventures.
With skills classes and new adventures, campers at The Point can try something they've never done before. These kids are growing up, so we give them free time to make their own choices. It's a taste of independence, a chance to explore and find their own fun instead of being told what to do.
The Point offers freedom and discovery, exploring new skills and joining a cabin full of friends for fun challenges. It's a full week of fun, with activities including banana boating, beach fun with the high-flying blob and water obstacle course, crafts, outdoor cooking, nature hikes, gaga ball, sling shot range, kickball stadium, human foosball, petting zoo, horseback riding, pontoon rides, outdoor climbing, hidden river, zip line, riflery, and much more.
There are plenty of group activities such as chapel, Bible experience, cabin challenges, and evening games that campers will tackle in cabin groups, but other free time activities and skills classes are up to the individual camper so they can do what they want. The Point gives campers a whole new experience that's different from Wild Woods, while still saving some adventures for when they graduate to Timber Ridge.
