Cabin Leader: Sara “Lila”
Hi! I'm Lila, and I am so excited to be your child's cabin leader this week! I'm from Blaine, MN, and I work for a landscaping company with my dad. I grew up coming to Trout, and this is my fifth summer working here. I came back to camp this year because I love showing campers what it means to be a Christ-follower, and I love to set a good example for them and help them grow in their faith. I'm looking forward to seeing the girls in our cabin grow closer to God this week at camp as we have fun doing cool activities together!
Cabin Leader Updates
On Tuesday, we went banana boating as a cabin! All the girls fit on a big tube and enjoyed being pulled around the lake by a speed boat.
In chapel on Wednesday, we talked about humility and had a great discussion about what it might look like in our own lives.
On Wednesday night, we played a game called Mafia, where we got to follow clues that led us to locations around camp. We had so much fun!
Yesterday, we did the low ropes initiative course as a cabin. The girls had a fun time working together as a team and bonding while we did the activities!
Last night, we played a game called Mission Impossible. We had to sneak around camp without getting spotted and earn points for our cluster of cabins!
