Court of Appeals votes in favor of TLC
On February 17, 2015, the Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed (voted in favor of) the decision of Crow Wing County’s Board of Commissioners that Trout Lake Camps does not need to complete an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW). On the same day, the Court of Appeals affirmed (voted in favor of) the decision of Crow Wing County’s Planning Commission that allowed Trout Lake Camps to amended a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP). The bottom line is: both of these rulings were in favor of Crow Wing County and Trout Lake Camps meaning we can keep moving forward with building Wild Woods camp. Praise God and let’s keep praying for TLC.
Safe. Fun. Gospel.
