Our departments include program, office, food services, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, Apostleship Program and more. All of these are crucial to the life-changing camp ministry at Trout. Current Open Positions

Head Cook

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits that is directly accountable to our Food Service Director. Depending on the time of year, the Head Cook will be preparing meals for guests and staff in one of three different facilities at Trout: Wild Woods, The Point or Timber Ridge dining halls. The person in this position will also help in the supervision of Apostleship, seasonal, weekend and summer staff as necessary.

Support Cook

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits that is directly accountable to our Food Service Director and the Head Cooks. Depending on the time of year, Support Cooks will be assisting our Head Cooks to preparing meals for guests and staff in one of three different facilities at Trout: Wild Woods, The Point or Timber Ridge dining halls. The person in this position will also help in the supervision of seasonal, weekend and summer staff as necessary.

Apostleship Program (Internships)

This is a 12 to 15 month salaried position with benefits that is directly accountable to our Apostleship Director as well as Department Heads. You can choose to work as a general apostleship staff working in areas all around Trout, or you can focus on specific departments, such as kitchen, office, program, housekeeping, or facilities. This program is a great introduction to working in ministry.

The Apostleship Program includes weekly hands-on leadership and Bible training sessions, as well as a 12 day trip to Israel. During the summer months Apostleship staff fill summer staff positions.
