Trout Lake Camps employs around 30 full-time staff that work year round to create a unique camp experience that brings people closer to God. Our departments include program, office, food services, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, Apostleship Program and more. All of these are crucial to the life-changing camp ministry at Trout. This is a full-time, salaried position that is directly accountable to the Associate Camp Director. The Media and Communications manager is a key member of the program team. The person in this position is responsible for managing the audio and visual experiences at Trout. This includes overseeing the usage of the equipment, the inventory of the equipment, producing pictures and videos that communicate the message and mission of Trout. This is a full-time ministry position in which our heart, commitment, and attitude of reflecting Jesus should be evident to staff and guests. Safe, Fun, Gospel is the foundation of the Trout experience.
