Disciple Team

Lead, Grow and
Follow Jesus

The Disciple Team at Trout is your entry point into leadership, real job skills, and a deeper faith—all inside the camp community you love. DTeam members live, work, play, and grow as junior staff all summer long. Volunteer for a week or the whole summer. And if you're ready to go all in, earn $250 a week as a paid DStaff member. Your best summer isn't wasted—it's invested.

Disciple Team Program Highlights

Select Activity:
DTeam brings together more than 300 volunteers each summer — typically 80+ per week — to help make camp happen. Your week at Trout isn't just helpful; it's essential. Every cabin assisted, every dish washed, every game refereed puts the gospel in front of kids who need it.

Sitting just off the shoreline of Big Trout Lake are our newly renovated Fish cabins. These cozy cabins are located at the bottom of the hill at The Point. These cabins provide ideal housing for large groups, a multi-cabin retreat for church families, or a quiet and focused retreat for youth. This area is beautiful no matter the season.
