Our culinary team at Trout is excited and looking forward to our 2017 summer season. We now offer more healthy and fun choices than ever before. We are continuing our tradition of serving guest friendly, age appropriate, made from scratch meals with a new emphasis on incorporating fresh flavors. At Trout we grow herbs, locally supplied fresh fruits and vegetables, leaner proteins, whole grain breads and cereals will be in all of our menus. Accommodating special diets is important to us. Alternative menu options are always available and easily accessible in our dining facilities. We want our guests to enjoy a safe, fun, gospel-experience while dining and enjoy everything Trout has to offer.
