  • Winter Expedition

Winter Expedition (5th and 6th graders)

Date: Jan 6-8, 2012
Cost: $85 per person

Introducing our new 5th and 6th grade winter retreat. If you thought Trout was fun in the summer, you will love it in the winter. It's the perfect place to get all your snow gear on and enjoy the great outdoors. It's also a great escape for some hot chocolate in our new dining center. Sitting on the hilltop overlooking the tubing hill, our dining hall features an amazing view that stretches for miles and the biggest fireplace you have ever seen.

Our featured speaker is Gretchen Dischinger and she is excited to challenge your kids in learning more about Jesus and actively following him.

Come as a 5th or 6th grader to this awesome retreat...it's going to be a blizzard of fun.

"U"niversity New Years Weekend

Date: Dec 30, 2011-Jan 1, 2012
Cost: free for 2011 summer staff/volunteers and $25 for everyone else

What a way to kick the New Year off. Spend the holiday weekend with all your friends at Trout Lake Camps.

Help us break in the new dining center at Timber Ridge with a retreat created specifically for college students. In addition to a one-of-a-kind New Years Eve service with great music and message, we will have time of sharing how God has moved in our lives over the past year. This weekend there will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy all that TLC has to offer - broom ball, tubing, climbing and bouldering walls. Can you imagine Mission Impossible in the snow?

The featured speaker is Clayton Lott and he is looks forward to challenging us in our faith. Also, worship will be lead by Isaac Van Proosdy.

If you worked as a volunteer or summer staff in 2011, your cost is free. Bring your friends for $25 each which includes meals and all you can drink hot chocolate in the new, never been used, Stoneridge Dining Center.
