Don’t just Work this Summer.
Live. Grow. & Play.

Being on Summer Staff is an adventure all it’s own. Each staff member lives and works alongside 160+ other summer staff, 40+ Full Time Staff, 100+ Weekly Volunteers in one of our three campuses - Wild Woods, The Point, or Timber Ridge. Don’t like the “Big Camp” vibe? Each staff works as a member of a smaller team of 5-60 people. We have a unique community that allows you to get to know lots of people and ‘be known’ and ‘go deep’ with a select few.

Staff Positions fall into three different categories: Cabin Leaders, Program, and Support. Each position has it’s own responsibilities but all staff work together to introduce kids to the Gospel of Jesus and encourage them to take the “next step” in their relationship with Him. All staff can expect to assist in other areas when needed.

Program and Support staff positions additionally serve as “Cabin Buddies” to a group of boys or girls assisting the assigned Cabin Leader as their primary job allows.
