Trout Lake Camps employs around 30 full-time staff that work year round to create a unique camp experience that brings people closer to God. Our departments include program, office, food services, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, Apostleship Program and more. All of these are crucial to the life-changing camp ministry at Trout. Assistant Program Director - Day Camps
The Day Camps Director is responsible for leading, oversight, and execution of all Day Camps programming, staffing, and training as well as helping to coordinate Family Camp children's groups. This is a full-time ministry position, in which our heart, commitment, and attitude of reflecting Jesus should be evident to staff and guests. Safe, Fun, Gospel is the foundation of the Trout experience.
